Hi! I am planning on visiting Disneyland and California Adventure on Feb 6, 2025. Since there is a special ticketed event that night at Disneyland, will there still be a fireworks show we can see? Or should we plan to only be able to see world of color?

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Jonalyn! I'm glad you're here.

I looked at the Disneyland Resort Daily Events Schedule for the day of your visit, and Mickey's Mix Magic is scheduled at Disneyland Park before the park closes for the special event. This show features fireworks on select nights; however, I can assure you that the projections and lighting on Main Street, U.S.A., Sleeping Beauty Castle, and “it’s a small world” are simply magical! As with all entertainment at the Disneyland Resort, this is subject to change, so I recommend checking the Disneyland Mobile App during your visit to confirm this nighttime spectacular is happening as currently scheduled.

Jonalyn, as you mentioned, you can also head to Disney California Adventure Park for World of Color – ONE. The current schedule has two showtimes and both times are after Mickey's Magic Mix. If you're lucky, maybe you can catch shows at both parks! Your visit also coincides with the Lunar New Year Celebration at California Adventure, which is one of my favorite events at the resort. Try the Lunar New Year marketplaces and watch Mulan and friends celebrate the Year of the Snake during Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession.

I hope this information helps your planning, Jonalyn. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out. I'd be happy to help!

    See ya real soon,
    Melissa
