We are planning on visiting Disney World in April. Do the parks sell refillable drink mugs that you can use all day? At our zoo, for example, we can purchase a mug at the beginning of the day and get either free or discounted drinks for the rest of the day

Hey there, hi there, Bruce! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you've stopped by with such a great planning question.

Eeeek! Before you know it, you'll be arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth, ready to begin your most magical adventure. How exciting! With the warm spring weather (perfect for midday poolside breaks) and the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in full bloom, you couldn't be visiting Walt Disney World Resort at a better time. Warm weather means you need to stay hydrated, so let's chat about quenching your thirst on your magical Disney days!

While the theme parks do not offer refillable drink mugs, if you are staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you can purchase a Resort-refillable drink mug to refill with unlimited sodas, lemonade, sports drinks, coffee and more at your Resort Hotel for your entire length of stay up to 14 days. My family and I purchase these insulated, adorable mugs every time we visit Walt Disney World Resort, and I always fill mine with coffee on my way out to the park, a sports drink to stay hydrated while enjoying pool time, and a soda to give me a mid-afternoon energy boost before heading back to the parks for the nighttime spectaculars. There are also super cute refillable mugs available at the water parks. It's a great way to save money on drinks, and the mug makes a really cute souvenir! Cheers!

Speaking of staying hydrated, I always recommend bringing an insulated refillable water bottle (or your Resort-refillable drink mug) with you to the theme parks to fill with water throughout the day. That way, instead of spending money on water bottles, you can get complimentary ice water from any of the quick-service dining locations or water refill stations around the parks. There is nothing like cold water on a hot Florida day!

I hope this helps, Bruce, and I hope you have the most magical and memorable spring vacation! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have. You've got a friend in planDisney!

    See ya real soon,

    Mandy
