I am planning on visiting all 4 Disney parks in September. I would love to go to the Disney Boardwalk but we are not staying at a Disney property. What is the best way to get to the Boardwalk

    Hi Donna!

I am so happy to hear that you are planning on visiting the Disney BoardWalk as there are so many fantastic dining experiences and restaurants to enjoy! Whether you want to take a ride on the Surrey bikes, watch some sports and eat a burger at ESPN Zone or have a tasty ice cream treat at Ample Hills Creamery, you will have a fantastic time exploring Disney's BoardWalk!

Disney's BoardWalk is in a really convenient location for you to access via complimentary resort transportation. It connects to Epcot's International Gateway entrance, so if you are visiting Epcot, simply exit through the International Gateway, which is accessible via World Showcase, to get to Disney's BoardWalk. You can also access Disney's BoardWalk by walking or taking a boat from the entrance of Disney's Hollywood Studios.

If you would like to visit Disney's BoardWalk on a day when you are visiting Magic Kingdom or Disney's Animal Kingdom, then the easiest way to get to Disney's BoardWalk is to take a complimentary resort transportation bus to Disney's BoardWalk Inn, Disney's Beach Club Resort or Disney's Yacht Club Resort. (Even though you aren't staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you are fee to utilize the complimentary resort transportation buses during your vacation!) Each of these Disney Resort hotels are connected to the Disney BoardWalk, so once you get to the hotel, you can walk through the hotel exit right on Disney's BoardWalk!

Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app since it's "Get Directions" feature is the perfect way to help you navigate through Walt Disney World Resort during your vacation. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
