    We are planning on visiting Animal Kingdom then that evening we have reservations for Mickey's backyard BBQ. What is the best mode of transportation from the park to the BBQ, and how much time should we allow for travel.

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your best option is taking the bus from Disney’s Animal Kingdom directly to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. You better start to commute with 90 minutes in advance. Usually, for this event, you can seat with twenty minutes prior. So if you arrive a little early will be beneficial for you and your family.
