Hi Moms! We are planning to visit WDW the 1st week of Dec with our 11 yr old daughter. Since it is so close to Christmas and she is at the age of "Is Santa real?" I was wondering if Disney accepts any Special Santa personal appearances?

    Hi Renee.

During the holiday season, there are several opportunities to have personal visits with Santa Claus himself.

In Magic Kingdom Park, Santa meets and greets with Guests in the Tour Garden area - you'll see the set-up next to City Hall. Additionally, Santa also makes appearances for greetings during the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party event, only until he's needed to go and get ready for his special appearance in the parade of course!

You can also visit with Santa during time spent at Downtown Disney. During the special Festival of the Seasons, kids can have a visit with Santa, share their holiday wish lists and even enjoy a photo opportunity.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question Renee.
I hope you'll visit me again soon with more great questions about the planning of your upcoming vacation.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
