We are planning a visit to WDW sometime this year and was wondering what is the best month to visit with no crowds. there will be 3 of us 2 adults and a teenager. Will each of us need the fast pass or can we buy one and have 3 people on it?

Hey, Denise! It's the most wonderful time of the year when you get to plan for an upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World.

There are times of the year where you will find somewhat lower crowds. I generally think that if you go after one of the most busy times - like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and spring break - you are going to find that the crowds are not as intense. Late January is usually good, and right after the kids go back to school in September, but one of my favorite times to go is after the Thanksgiving holiday leading up to Christmas. I like the weather, the holiday decorations are amazing, and I find the crowds a bit lighter.

Ihave great news for you regarding Disney's FastPass+. There is no additional charge to use this at all - for anyone in your party. How's that for good news?

Each member of you party will start out with three FastPass+ options that you can book through My Disney Experience before your vacation, If you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort, you can book them 60 days in advance. Once you use those three at the theme park, you can book more using the app on your smart phone. You will need a FastPass+ for everyone in your party to use the FastPass+ lines, but not everyone has to do the same ones.

I hope this gets your planning going in the right direction. Thank you so much for your question!
