I am planning to visit WDW in November, 2014 with my wife, 2 daughters and 2 grandsons (4 and 14). We would like to visit when the park has been decorated for Christmas. Can you tell me when that will be?

    Hi there, Larry!

It sounds like you've got a fabulous Walt Disney World vacation in the making! I can definitely understand wanting to visit once the Parks have been all decked out in their holiday finest! It's truly the most magical time of the year!

Last year, the first Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party was held on November 9th and Magic Kingdom Park was all dressed up by then. Some of the other decorations and special extras like the various Gingerbread Creations all across the Walt Disney World Resort were still being put into place. While next year's dates have not been announced yet, I think you'd be safe planning on visiting around mid-November.

I hope this helps, Larry! Please be sure to write back in if we can help with any other questions you have as you're planning your magic!

Wishing you a Pixie Dusted vacation!
