Hi! We are planning to visit WDW next summer with our (then) 3 year old and 1 year old sons. In regards to the rider switch, will my 3 year old be able to ride with my husband and then again with me?

Hi Amy!   I am so excited that you are planning to bring your little mouseketeers to Walt Disney World.   It's always special to see Disney magic through the eyes of a child.   I know you will all have a wonderful time.  I myself have two small  sons who often either don't meet a height requirement, or are just not brave enough to tackle a "big kid" ride.   I am happy to share how the Rider Switch is a perfect option for your whole family to experience all that Walt Disney World has to offer.

Amy, when you enter select attractions everyone in your party will visit with a Cast Member at the entrance of the ride.   You will explain to him/her that you will need a Rider Switch pass.   Your husband and son can enter the attraction queue, and you will be handed a piece of paper that will allow you to enter Disney's FastPass+ queue when the rest of your party has finished.   The best thing about it,  you can bring one guest with you to experience the fun.   So your 3 year- old will be able to ride twice!   While you are waiting, feel free to take your little prince on a separate attraction such as, it's a small world.  I know my babies always loved to watch all the colorful dancing puppets, and hear the classic musical tune.

I hope you have a terrific time on your Walt Disney World adventure.  If you need assistance again, please let me know Amy.  I love to help out fellow Disney-loving moms.
