Hi we are planning a visit to wdw feb.2010. We were there last in 2007 and I had booked my trip thru AAA because I heard it was cheaper ..my question is ,,is that true or am I wasting my time going to the local travel agency?

Hi William!  There are many ways to book a Disney vacation trip and AAA is a very popular one.  The only way to know if their offers are more economical then others is to take the time to "shop" around and compare.  Major airlines often have specials for Disney vacations and would call those that have flights to and from your local airports. American, Southwest, and Air Tran are just a few that have featured these in the past.

Disney itself also has offers from time to time.  Right now they have the buy 4 Get 3 Free which is good for trips through the summer.  It is unknown if they will feature anything for the fall months but it is most likely.  Unfortunately with your trip being in February 2010 we won't know of anything that might help you until much closer to that time.

If you have a good vacation deal with AAA I would not hesitate to use them.  In the past they have had wonderful packages and families have been very happy with their trips.  If Disney puts out something even better check with AAA to see if you have the right to cancel without penalty.
