Hi, we are planning to visit WDW over Christmas arriving 23 Dec for 2 weeks, is the dining plan available during this time? thanks, Amanda

    Hi Amanda,

It's so nice to be able to answer a question from someone in my home County!

Christmas is such a wonderful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort - there's definitely something extra magical about being in the Disney Parks at that time of year.

I am pleased to tell you that the Disney Dining Plan is available to purchase all year round by guests staying at any of the Disney Resort hotels.

If you are asking if the 2017 Free Dine Packages cover arrivals on 23 December 2017, I'm afraid not.

    The 2017 Free Dine Packages are available to book 21 April – 3 November, 2016 for selected arrivals 1 January – 29 March, 2017 and 17 April – 30 November, 2017. (The free Breakfast Offer is available to book 21 April – 7 July, 2016 for selected arrivals 1 January – 29 March, 2017 and 17 April – 29 October, 2017.)

There is however a FREE Dining Special Offer which is currently available to book via the English (USA) version of the Walt Disney World website but, this is only valid for arrivals up until 21 December 2016.

My family have spent Christmas and New Year at the Walt Disney World Resort twice during the past 5 years so please feel free to send me more questions if I can be of any further assistance with the planning of your trip.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
