Wow, Lena! You’re going to take on a “three-park challenge.” That’s quite the endeavor, but it sounds like you’re up for it! I’m happy to offer some advice as you begin your planning!
The first thing you need to know is that Guests must have a
Park Hopper ticket to visit multiple parks in one day. You can purchase your Park Hopper ticket on the Walt Disney World Resort website. The next important planning tip is that you will need to make a
Disney Park Pass Reservation for the first park you plan to visit that day. Also, you will only need a park pass reservation for the first park that you wish to visit. Reservations are not required for the parks to which you will hop later in the day.
Once you have your Park Hopper ticket, as well as your park pass reservation for the first park, you are ready to start getting into the planning details! Park Hopping begins at 2:00 PM. You won’t be able to enter the second park until that time. Keep in mind that you must also scan into the first park before you are allowed to enter the next park.
Now, while I’m not sure which three parks you are planning on visiting (there are four parks), I recommend the first park you visit be the one that opens earliest on the day of your visit. Keep in mind, if you are staying at a
Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can
enter the parks 30-minutes prior to the scheduled opening time for that day! Getting an early start will allow you to maximize your time. Your third, and final, park of the day should be the park that is open latest. Again, this allows you to maximize your time.
While I’m not sure if Disney’s Animal Kingdom is one of your three parks to visit, keep in mind that it typically opens and closes earlier than the other three parks. You can find hours for all four parks on the webpage for each of the parks. You might want to also consider purchasing
Disney Genie+. This ticket add-on allows Guests to have shortened wait times by moving to the front of the line! This will certainly help you to save time as you journey through three parks!
Lena, have comfy shoes and stay hydrated during your three-park challenge!
Happy planning!
