Hi Luna!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting that you're bringing your own Mouseketeer to meet Mickey and his pals at Walt Disney World Resort this week! I first brought my son when he was 14-months-old, and have also traveled with friends and their tiny ones. Here are my tips:
It's still pretty hot right now, so take advantage of everything indoor. My favorite
indoor Quick-Service dining locations are Columbia Harbour House in Magic Kingdom Park, Sunshine Seasons in Epcot, PizzeRizzo in Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Satu'li Canteen in Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Babies held in arms or worn in carriers are allowed on all
any-height attractions. But for the rides where your little one doesn't measure up, the adults in your party can take advantage of the
Rider Switch Service.
Don't forget about Disney's amazing
stage shows, parades, and character meet & greets. Even though your precious babe won't remember these experiences, your family will, and
Disney's PhotoPass photographers just might be there to capture these magic moments.
You're more than welcome to bring as many outside snacks and beverages as needed for your entire group. And definitely stop by the
Baby Care Centers, which are the perfect spots to change a diaper or feed a baby, but they also have everything you might have forgotten at home.
We'll See You Real Soon, Luna!
