Hi! We are just planning to visit Narcoossee’s in May and have a dining plan. We have 2 boys that are considered adults but do not eat that much. Could we just order 2 meals and share or will I be charged a meal for every person?

    Hello Kasey!

Thank you for visiting us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Narcoossee’s is an amazing signature dining location offering the finest American and seafood cuisine. This is one of my husband’s favorite restaurants and I cannot wait to make advance dining reservations for our upcoming visit.

When using Disney Dining Plan entitlements to pay for your meals, please note that only children under 3 are allowed to share from an adult plate. In your case, I recommend using dining plan entitlements for you and your spouse, and paying out of pocket for one entrée for your boys. This represents saving 4 Table-Service credits since Narcoossee’s is a signature dining location requiring 2 credits from each Guest. These remaining entitlements will allow you, your spouse, and your boys to dine at a venue where that takes 1 credit per Guest.

Please note that you need to talk to your server and inform him or her that you will use Disney Dining Plan credits to pay for two Guests and that you would like to order a separate entrée for your children without using their entitlements. Another option is ordering one appetizer for each of your kids, since they usually come in nice sizes that satisfy Guests who don’t eat much. I recommend the Shrimp and Crab Cake and the Barbecue-grilled Shrimp and Grits.

Moms Panel Tip: Time your reservation right, and you will be able to catch Happily Ever After fireworks from the restaurant veranda.

I hope this helps you while planning, Kasey! Please stop by once again real soon!
