Hey there, Anusha! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you've stopped by with such a great planning question.
Before you know it, you and your little Mouseketeer will be embarking on your magical adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth. I know you must be getting so excited, Anusha! I will never forget my daughter's first trip to
Walt Disney World Resort when she was an infant. Seeing the magic through her sweet little eyes brought tears to mine, and we cherish the photos and magical memories from that first visit. I'm so excited for you and your family's upcoming visit to
Magic Kingdom Park! Now, let's chat about getting you there.
If you are able to fold up and stow your stroller and either wear your baby or hold him in your lap, you can take the convenient, complimentary
Disney bus transportation from your Disney Resort hotel to Magic Kingdom Park. However, if you aren't comfortable with that, I completely understand and have some suggestions for you! If you will have a car with you on your vacation, you can park at the Transportation and Ticket Center (the Magic Kingdom parking lot) and take the
monorail or
ferryboat to Magic Kingdom. You can just roll your stroller right on either one of these modes of transportation! Plus, theme park parking is free if you stay at a Disney Resort hotel. Pure pixie dust!
If you will not have a car, I definitely suggest using the
Minnie Van service via the Lyft app. The Minnie Vans are equipped with two Graco rear-facing, five-point harness car seats for little ones 4-40 pounds at no extra charge. Plus, the drivers are trained in proper and safe car seat installation. How awesome is that?! The Minnie Van will pick you up right outside of your Resort and drop you off at the bus terminal closest to the entrance to Magic Kingdom and are reasonably priced, especially for the luxurious experience, convenience, the magical drivers .... and of course, the polka dots. Let the magic begin!
I hope this helps, Anusha, and I hope you and your little one have the most magical and memorable upcoming visit. Please stop by any time with any questions you may have. You've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon,
Mandy
