Hello Kimberly! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
The
Baby Care Centers at Walt Disney World Resort are a wonderful reprieve from the hot Florida sun and a quiet sanctuary for rests, feedings and nap times.
My wife used the Baby Care Center in Magic Kingdom during our first Walt Disney World Resort vacation for my young son and at no point did anyone ask or suggest that my daughter and I were not welcome in the feeding area. However, we were extremely quiet while we were there and we not stay very long.
It did not last long because while my wife was feeding my little boy, it was time for Daddy and Daughter to create some Endless Magic of their own. As much as Walt Disney World Resort is for families, there is something to be said for one-on-one time. I treasure the one-on-one time with each of my son, daughter and wife while on vacation and try to ensure that I focus my attention on each member of my family for a little each day.
While you feed and bond with your granddaughter, I recommend that your younger daughter and husband go out for 20 minutes to share an experience together. Whether it is a single attraction, some browsing in the store or a character meet for just the two of them. If your younger daughter enjoys the more
thrilling rides that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer, this is an especially ideal time for your husband and her to take advantage of said ride, while you get maximize feeding time in air-conditioned comfort.
Have a Magical Visit!
