Hi! We are planning to visit 3-4-5 of Feb for my son's BD turning 3 mid Feb. My concern is that he looks like 4\5. we are from outside US and passeport stays at the hotel in the safe. We are concerned about having issues at ticketing.

    Bonjour Maria,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

I know exactly how you feel; my little guy has always been really big for his age. We visited Walt Disney World Resort several times before he turned 3 years old, so I always wondered whether we would have issues when we would enter a Theme Park before he actually needed a Theme Park Ticket in order to gain admittance.

You’ll be happy to know that, beyond getting questions about how old he was, I never had an issue entering a Theme Park with my little guy before he turned 3. My recommendation would be for you to absolutely leave your Canadian passport in your hotel’s safe (which is what we did) but to have a picture of it on your phone, just in case. That way, you’ll have peace of mind that you’ll be able to answer any questions about his age, should the need arise.

I hope my answer helps you plan a wonderful birthday trip with your son this February. If you want even more planning tips for making his trip extra magical, please visit the Planning for Preschool Kids and Little Ones page. Should you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us. Et n’oubliez pas que vous pouvez également me poser des questions en français!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
