I am planning a visit to Epcot on 11/11, for my foster child Remy’s birthday. Our only reason to visit is for her to see Ratatouille ride. When is the earliest I can get on the que for ride admission?

Hello Cheryl! First, thank you for being a foster parent! You’re making an incredible difference to Remy! And, how awesome is it that your foster child carries the name of the newest attraction at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Guests wishing to experience Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure must first have a valid theme park admission ticket and a Disney Park Pass reservation for EPCOT! The next thing you will need to do is access the line via a virtual queue. The virtual queue is accessible on your My Disney Experience app

Once you are on the app, scroll down just a bit to where you see “Virtual Queue” followed by the message that states, “Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure - Request Access with Virtual Queue.” At 6:59:59 AM, tap “Join Virtual Queue.” You can do this from the convenience of your hotel or wherever you might be staying in the resort or the Orlando area.

If for some reason you don’t secure access to the virtual queue at the time, you can also try again at 1:00 PM. The only difference is that you will need to be present inside EPCOT to secure the 1:00 access to the virtual queue. Again, access the app at 12:59:59 to try to secure the 1:00 PM virtual queue!

I hope you and Remy have a magical time visiting the Walt Disney World Resort! I’ll be sending some extra pixie dust your way in hopes that you get to experience Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure!
