Planning a visit to DW for June 2013 for 6 adults & 2 children (ages 4 & 6). Our choices would be a 2 bedroom unit with living/dining area & two seperate rooms or a 3 bedroom unit with living/dining area & one seperate room.

Hi Faye! It is difficult to find three bedroom units at the Disney resorts. For a group of your size I would like to suggest perhaps the Tree House Villas over at the Saratoga Springs resort. These are built for large families or friends who wish to stay together and enjoy their vacation. The location isn't the best and the biggest complaints have been waiting for the buses to take you to the main resort area where you again have to wait and catch a park bus.

You could also try booking one of the two bedroom units at the DVC properties which gives you two bedrooms and then a sleeping sofa in the living area. The other family or friends could then book studios or one bedrooms. I would suggest the studios as you can all enjoy the living and kitchen areas of the larger two bedroom unit.

When calling to make your reservation ask the cast member about connecting room possibilities with some of the larger units. Sometimes they can "grow" in size with adding a connecting unit.
