We are planning to visit DW, for the 4th July. Which is the Park with the best fireworks show?

    Hi Felipe!

I personally think the Magic Kingdom has the best 4th of July fireworks show at Walt Disney World.  However, if you go, just know that the Magic Kingdom will be packed that day.  Historically, the park often closes due to reaching capacity at some point in the day.  Thus if you want to watch the fireworks there, be sure to get to the park early.

Another option, is to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the beach at the Polynesian or the Grand Floridian.  You are a little closer at the Grand Floridian, but you are at an angle.  A very unique place to watch it is from the California Grill on top of the Contemporary Resort.  They have a private balcony for those guests not sitting at a table by the window.  You will have to have an Advanced Dining Reservation.

Another great option is to watch the 4th of July fireworks from a boat on the Seven Seas Lagoon.  The price for a cruise on July 4th is usually higher than the normal price for a Wishes cruise.

After the Magic Kingdom, my next favorite park to watch 4th of July fireworks is in Epcot.  Epcot is a larger park and thus better able to accommodate crowds, but I don't think their fireworks are as nice as the Magic Kingdom's.

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
