    planning to visit dw from dec 25-jan.3,2013 I will be traveling with my husband,sister &my dad.What would be a good resort for us to stay at?We have been to disney before and have stayed at both value & moderate resorts.We have a budget of$5000 w d

    Hi Mark,

    You sure do like to plan ahead.  I like that about you!

    Because you will be staying at Walt Disney World during the Christmas season, the resorts will be more expensive than at other times of year.  That means you will probably want to stay at a value resort.  Disney's Pop Century Resort is quite charming around the holidays.  I've recently seen some beautiful photographs taken by my friend, Marc, from the Moms Panel, of the gorgeous decorations at this resort during the holidays.  Of course, Disney's newest resort, the Art of Animation Resort will also be open by December 2013.  That would be an exciting place to stay.  And Disney's Art of Animation Resort offers family suites that might provide your traveling party a bit more privacy.  That's a plus.
