Hi. We’re planning to visit the Disneyland in Florida next year. My question is, if we want to see Cinderella’s castle and wanted to go to Magic Kingdom, do we need 2 separate tickets for us to enter Walt Disney World Resort and Magic Kingdom?

Royal greetings, Angela. Welcome to the kingdom of planDisney.

A dream is a wish your heart makes, and it sounds like a vacation to Walt Disney World is your dream come true! Angela, have faith in your dreams because while I'm not technically a Fairy Godmother, I am a planDisney panelist who is more than happy to wave my magic wand and help you experience the magic of Magic Kingdom and Cinderella Castle.

The Walt Disney World Resort consists of four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT. Angela, I'm happy to share that when you purchase a theme park ticket for Magic Kingdom, you'll enter right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. At the end of the street, you'll see the magnificent Cinderella Castle. So to answer your question, you do not need two separate tickets to visit Cinderella Castle and Magic Kingdom Park.

Now, Angela, when you visit Magic Kingdom, you'll be able to experience amazing attractions like the Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, Tiana's Bayou Adventure, and TRON Lightcycle / Run. Also, before the clock strikes midnight on your magical day at Magic Kingdom, you have many enchanting experiences surrounding Cinderella Castle.

Not only can you take that iconic photo in front of the castle, but you can also dine with royalty inside. Cinderella's Royal Table serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for its special royal Guests. If you would like to dine with princesses, be sure to make your reservation 60 days in advance because this regal engagement is extremely popular.

With Cinderella Castle in the background, you can enjoy the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade and the new Disney Starlight Parade. Additionally, Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire is a stage show that takes place at the castle, so be sure to check the showtimes as your vacation approaches.

Angela, I've saved my best suggestion for last: the one magical moment I love above all. Watching the fireworks spectacular, Happily Ever After, in front of Cinderella Castle is pixie dust at its finest. Not only will you witness a dazzling display of pyrotechnics combined with classic and inspiring Disney music, but you'll also enjoy an enchanting projection show on the castle. And if the weather is good and with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, you might even see Tinker Bell herself take flight among the sparkling display. It's truly a breathtaking experience!

I hope this answered your question, Angela, and I do hope we'll hear from you again as you make your plans to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth. Just in case you don't have all your plans booked just yet, I'm adding the link here for the Special Offers, Deals & Discounts! I hope you'll find something that fits into your schedule.

It's been my pleasure to help you. Enjoy the magic!

    Bibbidi, bobbidi boo!
