I am planning to visit Disneyland California next year. Is meet the princesses in the Royal Hall a virtual Que experience like Disneyland Paris or planned times when you can que up and meet whoever is attending that day. Will app advise who is there.

Welcome back to planDisney, Stuart! We love when you stop by with your great questions. I'm so excited for your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth and the magic that's in store for you.

Thank you for your question about Royal Hall in Fantasy Faire! Up to three of the world's most-loved Disney Princesses at any given time receive Guests in their own special nook in a quaint little medieval square to take photos and sign autographs - all included in your theme park ticket to Disneyland Park and, at the time of this writing, no virtual queue or reservation is required! Every royal gathering is unique, however, as you'll never know which princesses might be in the area and free from their royal duties! You'll find out when you get there - like magic!

For the most up-to-date appearance times and hours for the Royal Hall, check the Disneyland app on the day of your visit by selecting "Entertainment" at the top of the park map and then "Meet Disney Princesses at Royal Hall." You'll find Royal Hall in Fantasy Faire next to Sleeping Beauty Castle. Can't miss it!

Tip: Arrive to Royal Hall a little before opening time (usually 10am) to have the princesses nearly all to yourself. It's a fairytale come true, especially for princess-lovers!

If there's a particular princess you would like to meet, from the park map in the Disneyland app, locate the "Characters" icon at the top. Explore the park finding characters in various locations or click "Show List" in the bottom righthand corner to see all the pals who are available to meet, and where and when you can find them! The Disneyland app is a wonderful resource to locate meet and greets for your favorite Disney Pals in the theme parks!

Although, what's so magical about Disneyland Park is, with a little trust and pixie dust, you may catch a princess "in the wild" around the parks! Keep your eyes open especially near "it's a small world" and all throughout Fantasyland, as these locations are a favorite for the princesses to hang out! Once, I even spotted Princess Tiana on the Mark Twain Riverboat, just after we took the big drop on Tiana's Bayou Adventure! She waved right at us! A magical moment I'll never forget.

I hope this has been helpful for you in your planning, Stuart, and that you have an incredible time immersed in the Disneyland magic. If you have any additional questions or perhaps would like tips on how to make your character interactions more magical (like what to ask Princess Jasmine when you meet her), please don't hesitate to reach out again. You know where to find us!

    Warmest wishes,
    McCayla
