We are planning to visit Disney World in July 2024 and will have a party of 9 (one under 2, 3 kids, and 5 adults). One in our party will be using the DAS Pre-Registration. I am seeing a maximum party of 6. How can large parties ride together?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Meagan! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

Officially, the Walt Disney World Resort will only accommodate up to six Guests per Disability Access Service pass, including the DAS user themselves. Since your party is definitely larger than that, the DAS user will need to choose which of the party members to include in their pass during the pre-registration process.

However, as a DAS user myself I can tell you that this happened to me once, and the Guest Relations Cast Members were incredibly helpful. They basically included every single one of my party members in my DAS pass, giving me the chance to pick five different members each time I made a reservation. I still wasn't able to fit everyone into every DAS attraction reservation I made, but it was definitely a good workaround.

I can't guarantee that they'll do this for you, but it never hurts to ask! That being said, it's really important that you ask in person. This needs to be done physically at a Guest Relations location, so you won't be able to do it during the pre-registration process. I hope this helps, Meagan! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back here. We're always available and more than happy to help! Have a magical day!

    Warm hugs,
