Hi, I am planning to visit Disney world this April, I have purchased the 14 days ticket with Genie+. When would be the earliest I can book my rides? I was advised by an ex-Disney visitor they were able to book the fast pass 2 rides - 30days for in advanc

    Welcome to planDisney, Pradeepa!

If you want adventure in the great wide somewhere, then a 14-Day Ticket for The Most Magical Place on Earth is certainly the way to go. It's not long now until you'll be arriving at the place where "laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, and dreams are forever." It's time to think happy thoughts. Just remember: second star to the right, and straight on 'til morning. Here we gooooooo!

Back when I lived in the UK, my wife and I would purchase the 14-Day Ticket and have the time of our lives. We would often enjoy a Water Park every few days or so to take a break from the Theme Parks. By the time our trip came to an end, we felt as though we had truly experienced everything we wanted to experience. I'm sure you're going to have a truly magical time!

Purchasing Disney Genie+ with your tickets was a great choice and will certainly maximize that magic. You've never had a friend like Genie, Pradeepa. He'll give you "phenomenal magic powers" to select Lightning Lane entrances at over 40 attractions throughout the Theme Parks. Unlike the previous FastPass+ service, which enabled you to make reservations up to 60 days in advance, the new service only allows Guests to make reservations on the day of their park visit. Therefore, starting at 7:00 a.m. on the day you visit each Theme Park, you'll be able to make your first Lightning Lane selection. Once you enjoy that attraction, or two hours after making your selection (whatever comes soonest), you'll be able to make another Lightning Lane selection. You can then do that throughout the day until there are no more Lightning Lane selections available.

So you can sit back, relax, and enjoy all the anticipation of your upcoming trip. But once 7:00 a.m. rolls around on the day of your first Theme Park day, it's showtime! You're going to want to be as quick as Lightning McQueen to make those Lightning Lane reservations.

If you'd like some extra "heavy ammunition in your camp," then you can also purchase Individual Lightning Lane entrances. These are available for some of the more high-demand attractions in the Theme Parks. Since availability for these entrances is limited, you probably want to purchase them earlier in the day if you plan on using this service.

During your trip, it's imperative that you take a scurry through Gusteau’s famous Paris restaurant in Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. I had so much fun riding this attraction on my most recent trip. C'est magnifique!

I hope you have an enchanting trip, Pradeepa. See ya real soon!
