We are planning a visit to Disney California Adventure. Is there a shop in the park that sells ear hats and can personalize them?

Hello, Jennifer! Thanks for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another great question!

No visit to the Disneyland Resort is complete without a new or first set of Mickey ears. There are lots of shops in both parks and the Downtown Disney District that sell Mickey ear hats and offer embroidery service as well. Some of my favorite locations are either of the Mad Hatter locations in Disneyland Park, Elias and Co. in Disney California Adventure Park, World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District, and I've even seen a little embroidery station at small world Gifts and Sundries inside the Disneyland Hotel. You can choose to have one name embroidered on the back or opt for the premium option that includes up to two lines of text with 16 characters per line. You can also choose the color of the thread to best match the style of hat that you chose.

In addition to Mickey ears, there are now interchangeable bow headbands that are super cute. Start with a special ear headband that will accommodate the interchangeable bows and then you can choose from all sorts of adorable bows like different princess- and villain-inspired options.

As you can see, there are lots of ways to personalize your ears at the Disneyland Resort! Happy shopping!
