I am planning a visit with my adult daughter and I'm not sure if the meal plan is a good deal for us. When we go to Disneyland in California, I notice we eat one fast meal and one table service meal. Sometimes we skip snacks all together.Should we skip it?

    Hi Tina,

If you are traveling with a Disney Vacation Package, and decide to add on a Dining Plan, I would suggest the 2012 Magic Your Way Package Plus Dining.  This option allows you to have one table service meal, one quick service meal, and one snack per person, per night of your package.  If you plan to eat one table service and one quick service meal per day, then this will save you money, even if you don't want the snack.

However, if you don't eat the snack yourself, I would suggest you use it to purchase something like the Mickey Mouse Rice Crispy Treats, which make excellent gifts for friends/loved ones who didn't get to make the trip with you!  You can purchase them at your Resort gift store on your final day and carry them home to spread some Disney love!

Have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World!
