    We are planning vacations with my family and my parents in November. If we buy by the page and later on Disney offers free meals, are we going to have a refund? The only way to have adjoining rooms is calling by phone some weeks before we arrive? Thanks!

    Hi Paula!

    It is wonderful to hear you are planning a vacation with your parents this November!  What a beautiful time to visit.  The Resort is just gorgeous that time of year.  

    If you purchase your vacation package ahead of time and a Special Offer is released for the same time frame later, you are able to call and see if your package qualifies for the new offer's pricing. Occasionally, certain resorts and room types are excluded, so you may have to adjust your vacation plans in order to take advantage of the special. Free Dining is a popular offer and often times rooms book up quickly so make sure to keep your eye on the Special Offer page and the Disney Parks Blog to stay current with the newest vacation package announcements.  As far as adjoining room requests, you are able to make the request on your reservation at any time once you have booked, but it is always recommended to call the Resort additionally, shortly before your trip, to make sure the request has been noted on your reservation. Although Disney will strive to meet your request, unfortunately, there is no guarantee they will be able to fulfill it.
