Hi! I am planning for a vacation at WDW, we are a family of 4, with two kids 5 and 2 year olds. I want to celebrate their birthdays at Disney. How many days in advance am I suppose to book the resort? Are the tickets included in the reservation? Thanks :)

    Hello, Pavani,

How exciting to be planning a vacation at Walt Disney World!  When we've booked our trips to Walt Disney World, we've planned them as far out as a nearly a year in advance and as short as one month so there really isn't a specific window of time that must be observed. However, I'd encourage you to make your reservation approximately 200 days in advance. This would give you time to read more about Disney Dining so that you could make dining reservations 180 days out when the reservation window opens up for Disney resort guests. In fact, you will be able to make 10 days worth of reservations as a Disney resort guest. This perk really helps to secure reservations at popular restaurants such as Cinderella's Royal Table, Chef Mickey's, and Be Our Guest Restaurant.  You will also be able to make your FastPass+ reservations 60 days in advance.

When you make your reservation, if you book a Magic Your Way Vacation Package, it will include your theme park tickets. You may want to take a look at the current Special Offers since there are sometimes discounted vacation packages.

As you continue planning, we are hear to help if you have further questions.  Wishing you a trip filled with many unforgettable birthday memories!
