Hello, I am planning a vacation stay for a family of 12, me and my two adult sisters and kids. I plan to book first, but later on can I add their rooms to my reservation, by calling in? Like, when they have their deposits ready then I would call and add?

Hi there, Symone, and welcome back to planDisney! I'm so happy that you've made us your go-to resource for Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning advice. My Panelist pals and I are here and always happy to help our fellow Guests, just like you!

Symone, a vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth with a large family group is just my style! My family loves to travel together, especially to Walt Disney World Resort. The ability to plan our vacation together using My Disney Experience allows us to make sure that everyone gets to enjoy some of their must-do items. There's something for everyone, between the pools, spas, and amenities of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels, attractions and shows at the Disney Theme Parks, and world-class shopping and dining at Disney Springs

I reached out to a helpful Cast Member who let me know that booking more than one Disney Resorts Collection hotel room would result in separate reservations for each room. You're welcome to book each room under your name. Did you know that there are Disney Resorts Collection hotel rooms that can accommodate a party of 12? At the Deluxe Villa Resorts, you'll find 3-Bedroom Grand Villas that feature a full kitchen, washer and dryer, living and dining rooms, lots of thoughtful storage, and three separate bedrooms. We love these types of rooms because we have plenty of space to spread out, tons of privacy, and everyone can feel at home while staying together. There are also 2-Bedroom and 1-Bedroom Villas with many of these same features, so check those out as you're exploring your options. The Family Suites are also great options for families who need a bigger space, and Disney's Art of Animation Resort has some of my favorite theming in these rooms.

Symone, as you're thinking about which Disney Resorts Collection hotel to call "home" during your visit, remember to consider location. You'll want to stay in a hotel that gives you easy access to the places you'll visit most, so consider whether being within walking distance to the theme parks would be ideal, or whether a boat ride sounds like fun, or maybe you're like my friend Nimmy and you just love taking bus transportation! Either way, the transportation is complimentary, so sit back and enjoy the ride!

I hope you have the very best time during your upcoming vacation. Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have as you continue to make your plans!

    See you real soon!
