planning a vacation soon on a budget. Can you see the Castle from inside or even just outside on the grounds of other hotels at other resorts?(like Dolphin or Swan, AllStar Movies, Wilderness Lodge?) Would like to enjoy seeing castle besides our 1day atMK

Hi, Michelle! Seeing Cinderella Castle is one of my top priorities as soon as I arrive on WDW property! Yet, figured into the design of the Magic Kingdom was making sure that the park's "crown jewel" was sufficiently cloaked prior to getting that first glimpse at the end of Main Street USA once inside the park. There are a few resort locations where you can see the Castle (from afar)  including The Contemporary, The Polynesian and The Grand Floridian.

However, Cinderella Castle can not be seen from The Dolphin or The Swan since they are Epcot-area resorts -- nor can you see it from the All Star Resorts since they are much farther away in the Animal Kingdom resort areas.  Before the trees grew too tall, you used to be able to see the Magic Kingdom and the Castle from the Wilderness Lodge, but now, the resort is tucked away in the trees.

As far as seeing the Castle from the inside, you can certainly walk through it's breezeway as long as there isn't a show performing on the Castle forecourt -- make sure you pay particular attention to the murals. Also, an Advanced Dining Reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table is worth it just to be able to see the dining room upstairs.

Let me know if you have more questions and best of luck grabbing all the pixie dust you can while you're at Disney World! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
