I am planning a vacation for my 4 y/o son in June, my parents are booking a hotel for the time they are joining us and then I will move to a disney resort, is it still possible to do a dining plan or do I have to be at the resort the entire visit?

    Hi Christine,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  Your Disney vacation is quickly approaching, June will be here before you know it!  Currently the Disney Dining Plan is only offered to guests staying on Disney Property and it is available for every night that you stay on property.  So the nights you will be at a Walt Disney World Resort you will be able to purchase the dining plan, however when you are off property you will have to pay out of ppocket for your dining.  Please remember that Disney allows guests to bring bags into the theme parks, so pack some snacks for you and your son; that is an easy way to save some extra money while visiting Walt Disney World Resort!

I hope you have a magical time on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort Christine.  Please let me know if you have any other questions while planning.  I would be happy to help.
