Disney Resort Hotel room or package, you can click the "Modify" button on the Walt Disney World Resort website or on the
My Disney Experience app to find and apply offers. If you give that a try and something isn't working for you, you can always call Guest Services and speak with a Cast Member about the offer you've found. They will be delighted to assist you in modifying your resort stay, vacation package, or ticket offer.
If your plans change and you need to cancel, make sure you are aware of the Terms & Conditions associated with the type of stay you have booked, as there are different cancellation windows for room only reservations and vacation packages. You can find the details in the confirmation email you will receive when you book your trip.
