    Hi, I am planning a vacation in September. We will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge. Is it possible to get to the Contemporary from the Wilderness or do you have to go to Magic Kingdom first?

    September is such a great time of year to visit Walt Disney World Resort. Disney's Wilderness Lodge is just beautiful.

    You are in luck, Disney Watercraft Transportation offers two options for travel from Disney's Wilderness Lodge. You can either go directly to Magic Kingdom or make the loop around Bay Lake between Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground and Disney’s Contemporary Resort.

    Taking a water taxi is one of my favorite ways to sit back and enjoy the beauty of the Walt Disney World Resort. I hope you have a wonderful vacation, Lori. Please come back and visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any other questions.
