We are planning a vacation in Sept. 2011 and were able to get the free quick service plan. We want to go to the princess character dining at Askershus but want to know how much we should plan on spending out of pocket or if we should upgrade plans.

    Hi Renea!

I am sooo happy that you were able to get FREE dining!  Since you are staying at one of the wonderful Value resorts, you and your guests will be enjoying the free Quick Service Dining Plan.  I would absolutely call 1-407-WDISNEY and ask the Cast Member just how much it would be to upgrade to the Basic plus dining plan.  As of now, I  believe that it will only be ABOUT an extra $10 per adult, per night and ABOUT an extra $2 per child, per night.  Totally worth it!

If you visit websites such as allears.net and check out the menus, you can get a glimpse of actual pricing.  In my opinion, it is absolutely worth it to upgrade to the basic plan - enjoy!

    Much pixie dust,
