Hi all! We are planning a vacation for July 2019 for my 21st birthday. Are there any lounges/bars/establishments that I could get a drink at midnight but still allows people under 21 in? Thank you!

    Hi Richard,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another great question!

I’m happy to report that I’ve visited several Walt Disney World Resort lounges with my little guy and that I’ve never had any problems bringing him with me, in spite of the fact that he was a minor. In fact, the only Walt Disney World Resort lounge location that, to my knowledge, places restrictions on when minors can be present is Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, where minors are no longer allowed as of 8:00 p.m.

Depending on the time of year that you plan to visit, the bigger challenge might be to find a lounge that is open past midnight in order for you to have your celebratory drink! Several of them close at midnight or earlier so, once you pick where you’d like to celebrate, please make sure that you check its opening hours when you’re planning your visit.

Have a Magical Day… and Cheers!
