Hello, we are planning a vacation for July. We were actually purchasing our park tickets through a military promotion on base. Will we still be able to obtain magic bands and fast pass access if not purchased through the Disney site? Thanks!

    Hi Benny,

YES, you will have the option to purchase MagicBands online, or once on-property. Visit the Disney Store online or download the Shop Disney Parks app. The latter lists the locations where you will find favorite MagicBands designs. You may also create and personalize your own customizable MagicBands by visiting MagicBand on Demand stations at select merchandise locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.

Since you purchased tickets through the base, what you now have are vouchers representing the actual tickets you'll be receiving once you check into Guest Relations. However, you will be able to make FastPass+ selections ahead of time using your discounted military tickets. Please take a look at the back of your vouchers; there you should find a 10 digit number. Each of those vouchers can be Linked to your My Disney Experience account for each member of your travel party.

Disney Mom Tip: Secure 1, 2, or up to 3 FastPass+ ride selections 30 days in advance of your visit. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you may reserve FastPass+ selections as early as 60 days prior to your check-in date.
