I am planning a vacation for my family in March during spring break and I am wondering what parks would be the best for a 6 year old and a 2 year old? Do you suggest fast pass for that time of year?

    Hello, Natalie!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your questions! You are planning a Spring Break vacation, and without knowing your exact travel dates, I do think it would be a good idea to make FastPass+ selections in advance of your trip. Disney's FastPass+ service helps guests save time waiting in line for favorite attractions year-round.

If you have the time, I recommend spending two days at Magic Kingdom Park. This magical theme park has the largest selection of attractions and character meet 'n' greet opportunities to suit your young children's ages. My daughter especially enjoyed Peter Pan's Flight, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Astro Orbiter, Enchanted Tales With Belle, and Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor during her preschool years.

Epcot is another excellent option for families with preschoolers, and offers a large interactive aquarium, Kidcot Fun Stops with free crafts and activities, and the opportunity to meet with Disney Princess friends in their native countries at World Showcase. Turtle Talk With Crush, Journey Into Imagination With Figment, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, and Spaceship Earth are FastPass+ attractions with no height requirement that your preschoolers can enjoy.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is also great fun for young children. There are many opportunities to encounter exotic animals on Kilimanjaro Safaris and special animal exploration trails throughout the park. It's Tough to be a Bug! and Festival of the Lion King are two additional FastPass+ attractions your children may enjoy on your visit. I also recommend signing up for the Wilderness Explorers activity. This free activity teaches young explorers about small steps we can all take to make the planet safer for our animal friends.

I hope you and your family have a wonderful Walt Disney World vacation, Natalie! Please don't hesitate to stop back by the Moms Panel if you have any additional questions. Have a magical day!
