We are planning a 2010 vacation to DW eitehr in July or Nov. Which one wold you prefer?? This is our first visit to WDW with our two children, ages 6 and 5. Thank you

    Hi Kristin!

If I had the choice to visit during either of those times, I would choose November. The weather will be much milder and the crowds more manageable during this time versus July.

The beginning of November is considered "Regular" season, while the end of November after Thanksgiving is considered "Value" season. If you are able to visit at the tail end of the month, you will enjoy lower crowds, nice weather and the best deal on your Disney resort hotel. Another benefit of visiting during this time is that you will be able to see the parks and resorts decorated for the holidays and can take part in special activities like Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

With small children it can be hard to visit during the peak summer months because of the heat and sometimes long wait times for the attractions due to the crowds.

I hope this helps with your decision! Enjoy planning your upcoming vacation!
