We are planning a vacation to Disney World in November. When are the Christmas decorations set up at Disney World? I have heard that they are beautiful and are hoping to see them.

    Hey there, Amy!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Christmas is my most favorite holiday, EVER! And Christmas at Walt Disney World is even better!

The holiday decorations top the list of any that you have seen before. This year, holiday decorations will more than likely go up as soon as the Halloween Party ends on November 1. In the past, Christmas decorations typically go up overnight at the Magic Kingdom, so I would expect for the holiday season to kick off November 2.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party start November 9, so the snow, holiday cookies, Christmas Trees and all things holly and jolly, will be up by November 9.

If you're planning to visit between November 2-9, you'll probably be able to see the transformation take place before your eyes! All of the resorts and Disney Springs will join in the holiday decor, as they will begin to transform into their best holiday splendor around the same time.

Enjoy the holiday season at Walt Disney World, Amy! If you have more holiday questions, please feel free to visit with me again!

Be sure to check in here with us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel and with the Disney Parks Blog to get information regarding all of the holiday events!

    Wishing you a Jolly Holiday!
