We're planning a vacation in Disney World but my nephew has a lactose int. Is the restaurant in All star Sport's Resort a good place for breakfast and Dining?

    Hi Marco,

One of my children is also lactose intolerant and I have found the Walt Disney World Resort to be one of the best vacation destinations for people with food intolerances or allergies.  At the End Zone Food Court located in Disney's All-Star Sports Resort you will find a wonderful selection of dairy-free food and beverages for all of your dining opportunities.  Since you specifically inquired about breakfast you will be happy to know there are many breakfast items which are dairy-free and you also have the ability to special order grill items to omit cheese or anything else you do not wish to consume.  You will also find soy milk available as a beverage choice where the individually packaged beverages are located.

Marco in my own experience I have found it helpful to bring along lactase enzyme tablets for my child who is lactose intolerant.  Even though there are many dairy-free food alternatives available throughout the entire Walt Disney World Resort, my child sometimes wants to enjoy the same foods as her siblings.  I have found bringing along lactase enzyme tablets has helped my daughter be less worried and enjoy our family vacations more.

I hope this information helps you with your vacation plans!  Please let us know if you have any further questions, we are always happy to help you plan your next Magical adventure.

    Blessings,
