Welcome to planDisney, Kathy!
Just as Cinderella could rely on her Fairy Godmother to guide her to the ball, we are hEAR to guide you toward a Magical vacation. Kathy,
dining around the Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite conversation topics, so let's talk about making your trip delicious from the first bite.
I'm happy to share that you will find a plethora of open restaurants
(of all dining types) at all four theme parks, Disney Springs and at the Disney Resorts Collection hotels. In fact, there are even too many options to list in this answer! I will, however, give you some quick and easy ways to narrow down your search.
To see ALL restaurants, visit
THIS PAGE and in the heading you'll see filters to select your desired location by the Mickey head icon as well as an ability to select your dining experience underneath. To make it a bit easier, I'll provide links to each of the parks separately:
Dining at Magic Kingdom Park Dining at Disney's Hollywood Studios Dining at EPCOT Dining at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme ParkKathy, when you click on an individual restaurant you can assume that it is open for guests
UNLESS it says "temporarily unavailable."
Now, once you've been able to browse through the list of restaurants, if you have a list of "must-do's" I encourage you to make
advanced dining reservations (for Table Service restaurants) and become familiar with
Mobile Ordering and the
Walk-Up Availability List. Earlier this month I used the Mobile Order feature to order a
Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich from Sleepy Hollow and it was the perfect start to our day at Magic Kingdom Park! To ward off hunger, I do recommend placing Mobile Orders 60-90 minutes before you'd like to eat.
(You're able to select a window of time to pick up your food from the Quick Service restaurants.)
Kathy, I hope this helps as you're planning out your meals at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any additional questions, come on back to planDisney!
