    HI, I am planning a vacation for my daughter's 3rd birthday and I wanted to know in you opinion, which destination would you say is a must from Florida? Also, any tips on budgeting and cost for two adults and one child?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are always excited to help a guest with vacation planning, and a Disney Cruise will give your pirate crew an experience like no other. For first time cruisers, I recommend choosing a cruise that has a stop at Disney’s island, Castaway Cay. This island has crystal clear waters, a white sand beach, and plenty of fun for your pirate family. Castaway Cay is a destination on most itineraries that explore the Bahamas, Western Caribbean and Eastern Caribbean. Being a Florida resident is a plus because you can save cash in your treasure chest by leaving from either Miami or Port Canaveral.  Pirates from Florida can also save their gold doubloons by choosing last minute cruises and Florida resident specials when available, so please check the website under Special Offers for details.

    And an early happy birthday to your pirate fairy princess! I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than on Disney Cruise Line.  She will have the opportunity to share her special day with a free birthday button that will give her a special status throughout the day. You can choose to decorate your stateroom for her birthday, order special stateroom gifts, and request a custom cake from Gifts and Amenities. Depending on the ship, you may decide to celebrate with a special princess makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or have a tea party with Cinderella at Royal Court Royal Tea.
