Christina, you will love Disney's Art of Animation Resort. This bold, colorful, well themed resort is so fun.
You can virtually explore the theme parks on the Walt Disney World website. Each park has an an overview page and a list of attractions, dining and entertainment. Access these pages by clicking on Parks on the bar at the top of the page. Click on
Magic Kingdom to see the page for this classic park. Also visit the allears website to gain a good overview of each park.
Disney does offer
customized maps. You create a map for each park with attractions you wish to experience marked. You can print out your maps at home and/or have them mailed to you.
For your six year old princess definitely consider a
character meal. Breakfast with Mickey, dinner with Cinderella, and lunch with Winnie the Pooh are all possibilities.
Also, don't miss Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom, Kilimanjaro Safari and Festival of the Lion King at Disney's Animal Kingdom, Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Soarin' in Epcot. If your daughter is a Disney Princess fan be sure to go to a meet and greet at the Town Square Theater in the Magic Kingdom.
These suggestions are just a start, but I have about used my character limit. Please contact me again if you want additional advice on restaurants, attractions, or entertainment.
Enjoy your magical vacation,
Elisabeth
