Hi, we are planning a vacation in August 2021. We would like to rent a deluxe studio for 2 adults, 1 teenager of 16 and 2 children of 9 and 3 at that time . Do you know if it's duable to choose jambo house and request a crib for the youngest one?

    Jambo Kim!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you're getting ready for an African-inspired adventure!

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Villas is one of my favorite resorts at Walt Disney World. My kids love that they can gaze into the Savannah and see zebras, giraffes, gazelles, kudu and flamingos. Sanaa is our go to for both breakfast and dinner. We love watching the animals roam the Savannah while we enjoy a nice breakfast. Sanaa has some of the best food for dinner! Do me a favor, you have to at least stop by for the Indian-style bread service! If you're staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom-Jambo House you can take the quick shuttle over to Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas-Kidani Village where Sanaa is located.

If my math serves me right. It looks like you have 5 guests over the age of 2 in your party. A Deluxe Studio at Disney's Animal Kingdom- Jambo House can accommodate 4 guests plus one child under 3 years old in a crib. Since your youngest guest will be 3 years old at the time of travel, a Deluxe Studio at Jambo House will not work for you. You will need to book a Standard View or Savannah View 1-Bedroom Villa (Not a Value) in order to accommodate 5 guests.

If you're willing to stay at a different resort, there are some Deluxe Studios that can accommodate 5 guests aged 3 and older. Disney’s Beach Club Villas, Disney’s Boardwalk Villas, Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Disney’s Polynesian Villas and Bungalows, Disney’s Riviera Resort and The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa can all accommodate 5 guests plus one child 2 and under in a crib.

Well Kim, no matter where you choose to stay I’m sure your vacation will be incredible. If you have any other questions for us please come back and let us know.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
