We're planning on using the refillable mugs for cold drinks but what about coffee? I don't like drinking coffee from plastic mugs because of chemicals that are released from plastic when exposed to heat. Could I bring a stainless travel mug along to use?

Hi Liz and thanks for the fantastic question!

Although the refillable beverage mugs offer a great savings, I totally agree with your concern.  As long as you have the empty refillable mug handy, I don't think there should be any problem with you using your own mug as long as it is comparable in size (The refillable mugs hold around 12 oz) . The refillable mugs are made of a heat-resistant plastic which very sturdy and also dishwasher-safe, but I still understand your concern.

Hope I have answered your question and encourage you to write back with any follow ups!  Here's wishing you a most magical Walt DIsney World Vacation.
