I am planning on using the online check in but I'm not sure how it all works? Our flight comes in at 11am Do I need to go right to the hotel from the airport to finish checking in and can we check in before 3pm then?

    Welcome back, Laurel!

Online check-in allows you to skip the trip to the front desk of your resort and head to the parks, to a dining reservation, or just to hang out around the pool and then make your way to your resort room once it's ready.

After completing the online check-in, Cast Members are alerted of your resort room requests and will do their best to provide those requests. Once your flight arrives in Orlando, you can head to the Magical Express boarding area and take the most magical ride to your resort.

Resort rooms are not ready until 3 pm. However, some rooms are ready before that time. Once your room is ready, you'll receive a text message and email with your room number. If your room isn't ready upon arrival, you can explore Walt Disney World. While you're at the theme parks or Disney Springs or swimming in the resort pool, your luggage will be delivered to your resort after the room is ready.

Once you arrive at the resort and you have additional questions, you can then stop by the front desk to speak with a Cast Member to assist you!

    Wishing a magical trip!
