Only the person booking the Walt Disney World Resort room needs to have an Annual Pass to get an Annual Pass room discount if it is available on that particular room. So everyone else staying in the room with you does not have to have Annual Passes (they would just need Magic Your Way Tickets to enter the four theme parks of Walt Disney World).
