Well, this is a dilemma. I am thrilled to see that you will arrive to the Walt Disney World® Resort in a few days and can feel your concern about
theme park reservations. If you are using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, log into your account, scroll down to Profile and then click on the tab that says Family & Friends List. Double-check to make sure all of your guests for this trip are in your Family & Friends List.
When you go to add theme park reservations, click on the plus sign at the bottom of the screen. Click on Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations. Then go to the link to
Make a Park Reservation for Annual Passholders with a Hotel Reservation. If the other resort hotel reservation is not yet linked in My Disney Experience, that may be the cause of the difficulty. Check to see if you can make those theme park reservations using the option to Make a Park Reservation for Guests with Tickets or Passes. If you cannot, then call to speak with a cast member. They should be able to see your account to determine what the problem may be.
