    Planning 2nd trip.Would like to travel Sept/Oct 2013 and stay in a value resort this time, but free dining promo (if offered) is usually only quick service for value resort. Is it possible to pay an upcharge to receive table service plan during promo?

    Hi Gina! In the past the Free Dining offers for Disney vacations at a Value resort are indeed the Quick Service plan.  You have been able to upgrade to a different plan for a fee. Unfortunately, we never know when or if or what kind of new plans and offers that Disney will be announcing. Each year it can be something different with new options and new rules. Keep watching for the fall promotions and lets hope that some things will remain the same so that it works out for you and the Value resort and dining plan. And who knows, perhaps there will be something even better coming up at Walt Disney World!
