We're planning a trip with our 2.5 yr old and we'll be making the 8hr drive. But we won't arrive at the park (at the earliest) until probably 4 or 5pm. It seems like such a waste to have to purchase all day passes. Are there half day passes

    Hello Jennifer!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

There aren’t any half day park admission tickets available for Disneyland Resort, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get a jump start on the magic! Often times my family and I will arrive in the late afternoon and go to our Disneyland Resort Hotel or Good Neighbor Hotel. My boys love taking advantage of the various amenities offered like pools and of course checking out the gift shop or arcade if there is one. Next we head to Downtown Disney District where we can eat, shop and just enjoy all of the sights and sounds of the Disneyland Resort atmosphere. Then head back to the hotel or try to find a good spot outside of the parks to catch a glimpse of fireworks and head to bed so we can start the day running at rope drop the next morning to pack in as much pixie dusted fun as possible!

There is lots to do and see outside of the parks and surrounding area! I hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
